Day 172 - Wrapping up a good day

Well the day went well, good news all around and I got my points back up to 100% for the day so yay me! Jujitsu tonight was great again, I did ground fighting with 5 people in a row and still wasn't that winded. I am so happy! I haven't even been working on my endurance, but between doing regular HIIT and losing 18 lbs (more of fat), my abilities have really skyrocketed. I am so excited! So that was a great end to my day. I be back tomorrow with that special thing I promised and my plan for while I am in Baltimore. Thanks for all the comments and checking in everyone is doing, it helps me so much! Keep on shredding everyone - only 52 days left!
