Okay so here are my Mission 2 comparison pics next to my Total Mission pics over the 100 days. I have looked at them too much (feeling your pain Christy!) and I have got to stop so let me know what you all see because I am still disappointed in my lower body. My top half and my bottom half are like two different people! And still not seeing the muscle definition I would like to. Still a work in progress, obviously...

upon further review by myself and husband, we conclude that you have definitely have made great improvements from day 1 to day 100, basically everywhere on your body! I know you are not where you want to be, so you have more work to do! You can do it!
Joni:Congrats on your success - day 1-100 pictures tell the truth and that is simple "you have lost noticable amount of fat off of your thighs and all over - a slimmer and healthier you. do not despise the day of small beginnings, cause everything you have done towards improving your health is a LIFETIME INVESTMENT. don't ever forget that. Now drop and give me 30:-)
Massive progress since your day 1 photo. I think we are all very judgemental of our own photos. you have really changed shape. Don't be dissapointed, be proud of your efforts. Bec
Joni, I say that your body has toned up everywhere. NOt one part is lagging. However, if you really feel you are lagging in the lower body, make sure you are doing squats regularly. That's how you can get the definition you want in the lower half.
Suzette - thanks for the support and quit showing my pics to your husband! Ha ha just kidding...
Lilla - yeah my posture is a big difference that was so funny when I looked at it. I'm like a cavewoman in the first ones! Still waiting for my thighs not to touch...that will be the big day!
Diane - thanks, you are right...and can't wait to be able to do some real damage on the pushups!
Debbie - thanks, I am happy but I will be happier on day 164!
Bec - thanks, I know that's why I asked you guys because I just look at them too long and can't see the changes as easily...
Mike G - thanks I am on my way and it's so great to have all of you with me too!
Mike - thanks, I just started doing squats again after recovering from hurting my neck a while ago so I am working my way back up in that department. Have to start off slow but I know I will make progress before long...I just lose in different spots at different times, have to get used to it and get back to lifting! :)

Wow! Your posture is so much better and your waist is tiny. Legs look a lot slimmer too. Congrats!!
